Generally, a vinyl record should have good contact with the turntable platter; only then can smooth playback be guaranteed. Warped records can become a problem, leading to speed fluctuations and skipping tonearms.

The analogis “Jam & Play” record clamp solves this issue with slightly warped vinyl in an elegant way. Unlike weights that can be used for the same purpose, the analogis “Jam & Play” record clamp does not add extra load to the turntable platter bearing. Even weaker drive motors are not stressed.

Simply place the “Jam & Play” clamp with light pressure on the platter spindle, and then slide it onto the record. The pressure created presses the record toward the platter, straightening light warps. Nothing stands in the way of a trouble-free listening experience.
